Golden Chapter is operated by AISCREATIVE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your guide answers: your first name, the life chapter and style you choose, and what you write about your wish, your scene, what you want to release and the people close to you. We use them only to write your guide and, if you order, your kit.
• Your email address, if you ask us to email your guide or you place an order.
• Your voice recording, only if you choose "My own voice". It is used solely to create your audio. Your recording and the voice copy created from it are deleted right after your tracks are made. Recordings for orders that are never completed are deleted within 3 days.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• A small cookie that limits how many free guides can be created per day.

Services we use

To provide Golden Chapter we share the minimum necessary data with: Anthropic (writes your guide and scripts), ElevenLabs (creates your audio and voice copy), Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), MailerLite (our email list, only if you join it) and DigitalOcean (hosting).

Emails

Order emails are sent so you can receive what you bought. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in or have purchased from us, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your guide and order files are kept so your links keep working for one year. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [support email].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain uses. Email [support email] and we will respond within 30 days.
